About CSAI: Culinary Solutions Australia International

Culinary Solutions Australia International (CSA International) have been providing consultancy and training relationships with culinary schools and colleges throughout Asia for almost 20 years. Stephen Tryon and the CSAI team have extensive experience as chefs, culinary trainers, and are specialists in the development of culinary training programs based on Australian standards and training systems.

Culinary Solutions Australia International was formed in 2008 to meet the growing demand for quality training and assessment materials from overseas hospitality schools and now has partner schools in the Philippines, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Nepal, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

These hospitality schools currently use our training and assessment systems to teach European cookery, Asian cookery, Patisserie and Hospitality Management.
